Our local agent in Delhi NCR or Kolkata physically visits the vendor. We check: stock availability, material quality, vendor credibility, and final price. We send you photos/video of the stock if needed. Only after your approval do we proceed.

You Approve & Pay Advance

We share a full cost breakdown — vendor price, handling charges, and our commission — before you pay anything. 100% advance payment is required to proceed. All payments go through a clear, documented process.

We Dispatch & Share Final Invoice

Material is packed properly and handed over to transport. You receive tracking details and final invoice on WhatsApp. Any difference in actual charges (higher or lower) is adjusted and communicated transparently before dispatch.
